A British Certificate of Identity dated August 25, 1939 was issued to 13-year-old Susi Ginsberg (a Polish-born Jew, living in Germany with her family.) She landed at Harwich, England on May 11, 1939, as a young person to be admitted to the UK for educational purposes under the care of the Inter-Aid Committee for Children.
